I shouldn't have to strain to hear the person I'm eating with who it just across the table, the couple next to us made the same comment about the volume. The singer on the other hand was wonderful and had a beautiful voice. My expectation was there would be some mellow jazz playing while we were eating, I suppose the singer had to provide some entertainment on one of the other decks while the piano played upstairs.
